Why we started.
Zango Jango began because the people who founded it watched Twin Cities clinics and labs get let down by slow, generic couriers. A pathology sample is not a parcel, and treating it like one costs patients time they do not have.
So we built a courier for the healthcare community here, not a general delivery service taking medical work on the side. That means real cold-chain handling and a documented chain of custody on every trip, the things a generic same-day driver was never set up to do.
