How fast can you pick up for a STAT request?
For an urgent STAT call we dispatch the nearest available courier right away. Pickup time depends on traffic and distance, so call dispatch and we will give you a straight estimate.
Do you cover my area?
We run across Minneapolis, Saint Paul and the surrounding metro. If you are near the edge of the Twin Cities, ask dispatch and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve you.
How do you keep cold-chain items in range?
We use validated coolers and calibrated probes, with the temperature logged continuously throughout the trip. If a reading starts to drift, dispatch is alerted so we can act before the item leaves its safe range.
Can you handle controlled substances?
We carry items under a documented chain of custody with signatures at every handoff. For controlled substances, talk to dispatch first so we can confirm the handling and paperwork your pharmacy requires.
Do you run scheduled daily routes?
Yes. Many clinics and labs book us for recurring runs on a fixed window their team can plan around. Tell dispatch your stops and timing and we will set up a route that fits.
How is proof of delivery shared?
